By using Fambo, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
The service
Fambo is a family organization app that provides shared calendars, lists, chores, meal planning, and AI-powered event extraction. The service is provided "as is" and we continually work to improve it.
Your account
You're responsible for your account and all activity under it. Keep your sign-in credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, or have parental consent. Parents can create accounts for younger children.
Your data
You own your data. We don't claim ownership of events, lists, recipes, or any content you create. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
AI features
Fambo uses AI to extract events from emails, photos, and text. AI extraction is not perfect — always review draft events before confirming. We're not responsible for missed or incorrectly extracted events.
Email processing
When you forward emails to your family's Fambo address, you confirm you have the right to share that content. We process email content solely to extract calendar events. Email content is deleted within 48 hours.
Subscriptions
- Free accounts include basic features with a weekly limit on AI imports
- Family Pro subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's App Store settings
Acceptable use
Use Fambo for its intended purpose — organizing your family. Don't use it to store illegal content, spam other users, or attempt to access other families' data.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but can't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may occasionally need downtime for maintenance or updates. We'll try to notify you in advance of planned outages.
Limitation of liability
Fambo is a scheduling and organization tool, not a substitute for critical reminders. We're not liable for missed appointments, forgotten events, or other consequences of relying solely on the app. Always keep important information backed up.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
